Admission
All pets are required to be current on vaccinations to enter the Pet Palace facility. We will deny admittance to any pet lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior.

Required Vaccinations:
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo & Bordetella within 1 year
Puppies under 15 weeks: Current Puppy shots (Distemper & Parvo)
Cats: Rabies, Distemper & Leukemia within 1 year
Kittens under 15 weeks: Current Kitten Shots (Distemper & Leukemia)

Pets must be free of flea infestation. If such infestation is discovered on your pet, a flea and tick shampoo treatment will be administered by our staff at your expense.

Check-in, Check-out Times
Since we charge for boarding on a nightly rate, we do not require a specific check-in or check-out time. Please note that we are very busy early morning and early evening, so you may have to wait longer if you choose to drop off or pick-up at these times. If your pet is receiving a spa treatment before going home, we will need a pick-up time so that we will have your pet ready when you arrive. Please note, being charged per night is less expensive than some places that charge per day. At Pet Palace you are never charged boarding for the day you pick up!

Bedding
All boarders are provided clean, comfy bedding. We do not allow additional bedding of any kind to be brought into the facility. If your pet chews his bedding, it will be removed.

Toys
We love for our boarders to have a toy with them in their suite. Whether you bring a toy from home or purchase one from our store, we will gladly allow up to 2 toys (including bones) per pet. Please label toys with your pet's last name with a permanent, non-toxic marker. Note - If we feel that any toy or bone is unsafe for your pet, we will remove it from their suite. We are not responsible for lost toys or bones.

Crates, Bowls, Etc.
We provide thoroughly sanitized stainless steel bowls for all of our pets. Please do not bring any bowls from home. If your pet, however, has special needs and requires a raised bowl, feel free to bring in his bowls and/or stand. If you choose to bring your pet to Pet Palace in a carrier, we will store it until it is time for your pet to go home. We do not, however, allow carriers to be placed into your pet's suite. For the safety of your pet, we appreciate that you bring in your pet in a carrier, on a leash, or in your arms. We remove any collars and leashes when your pet is taken to his suite, and will store them until your return.

Food

We provide dog and cat, as well as puppy and kitten foods for our boarders. We will gladly give your pet a special diet that you provide at no additional charge. Any food brought into the facility must be portioned into individual servings (we suggest Ziploc-type bags) labeled with your pets name. This ensures that the correct food and quantity is given to your pet. Due to space constraints, we cannot accept large bags or containers of food unless your pet's stay is over 2 weeks in length. We do not allow treats to be brought with your pet unless they are put into the same individual food bags with your pet's special diet. We will be happy to feed your pet up to 2 servings per day at no additional charge.

Medications
We will gladly administer medications that you provide for your pet for $1.00 per dose. Please provide clearly written, detailed instructions for administering such medications.

Emergencies
Please rest assured that we at Pet Palace take every precaution to ensure that your pet's stay is as safe as possible. In the rare case of emergency, we will contact you, and utilize Veterinary care if necessary to ensure the proper well-being of your pet.
